If you can handle some of those not-so-RPGish sims, then you might as well try Neo Nectaris. Its a great game and your units gain EXP on each map.

If they can do image like roms for arcade laserdisc emulation(daphne or whatever), then it should be doable for laseractive.

Cool. I made a bunch of those once. But it was back before Magic Engine and I was capturing the screenshots from my Duo.
Unfortunately, I lost them on an old PC a while ago. |

If you're playing a cdr copy of the game, they often play without music because PCE CD's have a short delay before each audio track that gets corrected by copying software, so when the CD-ROM search ... |

Faceball doesn't have any sprites; I verified that by toggling sprites on/off in Magic Engine. Everything is drawn on the fly.

I fixed one of my Turbo Duo's this way.
It wasn't working right, so I slid the lens(you don't have to touch the actual lens) done to the center and it worked like magic. |
