I can't remember where, but I downloaded the entire script extracted from Comic Fantasy 1... From what I remember someone did have some good progress on this game. I was wondering who is working on it, and if they have a page with any screen shots?

I only ask because the Cosmic Fantasy series if my personal favorite RPG series of all time.

Wow, another project I've not known about. I'm not aware of CF1 being translated, but I do know there is another person doing an unrevealed title at the moment, maybe this is it?

BTW, Star Breaker was the other title that was abandoned that I recently found out - it was 40-50% done according to the author.

I've never heard of a CF 1 translation either. Did they show any work actually done on the game or anything translated?

I, too, have never heard of the CF1 project.

I haven't seen or heard of anybody making progress on a translation of this game.

If somebody has, post some information.

Sample video of work-in-progress:

For now, only the first town/first boss is done, but nearly all of the support stuff has been translated (such as menus, weapons, armor, items, status screens, backup memory). However, item shop is still Japanese and so are some of the messages related to battle (was poisoned, levelled up, etc.).

So I'd estimate progress at about 20%.

I'm hoping to have town 2 done this weekend, or perhaps the above-mentioned item shop or battle messages.

At a rate of 1 block per week (which I'm not sure I can sustain), it would still take me until at least Christmas, so please be patient.
