Ys book 1,2, and 4 Are the best! (book 3 was a bit of a departure)
Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 1 and 2 both rock.
Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams is a great shooter.
Bomberman 94 was the best in the series.

Another great game Splash Lake. This is often overlooked because its ostriches breaking bridges but it is actually quite fun.

If I had only had one vote, I'd say Ys book IV

Man, I mean what's wrong with Y's 3? I personally think it's great. Sure, it's nowhere near it's predecessor (or successor for that matter) but it's still a fine game by itself...

Honestly, I want everyone to tell the truth : would Y's 3 be any better if it were NOT the sequel to Y's book I&II ?

I'm afraid I never owned the system when it was out (too expensive for a
junior high school student, as Ayukawa Madoka said, we don't get that much
allowance) but thanks to Magic Engine and e-bay I've been seeing a lot of
what I missed.
My favorites at the moment:
- Dragon's Curse (even though they removed the Hades Armor trick)
- Dracula X (so I'm a sheep, baaah)
- Dragonslayer (though I haven't had much time to play it. I think I would've
liked it a lot more if I'd played it when it came out).

Yeah I love the Bonk games man! What about Legendary Axe 1 & 2? Believe it or not I liked Keith Courage in Alpha Zones. Also the Wonderboy/Monsterworld series.

Oh, the Street Fighter II CE Hucard is somewhat impressive, probably
better than the SNES version.
It's really weird that they have Fighting Street on CD, while they only had
SF2 on Hucard. And why's FS so BAD? I really loved the arcade version,
surely the PC Engine had the power to do a good translation of it.

FS on the Turbo Grafx is bad because the arcade game was really bad!
If you have slowmo turned on the enemies won't attack!

But seriously, SFII:CE needed extra ram to run on the PC-Engine so they needed a hucard to put it on. I think it was the loading time from the CD, however, that was the major reason for going the HuCard route. It could have been one with the arcade card.

At the time, the PC-Engine version of SFII:CE was the best console port!

Blazing Lazers, Dragon's Curse' Devil Crush, Ys Book I & II, Wanderers From Ys, Ys IV: Dawn of Ys, Gate of Thunder, Lords of Thunder, Dynastic Hero, Keith Courage in the Alpha Zones, Ninja Spirit, most of the Bomberman games...god, there's too many to name here, LOL. I haven't played my TG-16 CD-ROM favorites since they were in their prime because these days they're too expensive since most of them are rarities. I never was really big on more popular games like Legendary Axe and Bonk's Adventure even though they got rave reviews back in the day. I borrowed them from a friend once and wasn't really impressed with them.

Honestly, too many to mention...

I love Startling Odyssey 2
Dragon Slayer
Might and Magic 3
Neutopia 1&2
Ys games (not so much on 3 though)
Magical Chase
Sapphire
Dracula X
Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari (River City Ransom)

and many other ones... but these are the ones that I play most often...
