Thanks for the news: I cross my fingers, hoping it won't just remain a project, since my TG16 CD-Rom Unit has just failed me a few days ago (and I'm reluctant to buy another one, since I've had bad experiences with second-hand hardware...)!

If anyone doesn't know, XPORT had been updating all his XBOX Emulator Ports. The current Hu-Go! v10 port sucked really bad and crashed alot. Well XPORT did a new port, MednafenX-PCE v2, which works alot better and doesn't crash. I haven't tried it with my CD games yet, been a bit busy, I have 12 Original CD games I plan to test it with. I'll post on how good it works later if anyone is interested. I hope no one minds I posted this bit of info here. I was thinking people would be interested in playing TG-16 games on thier TV via XBOX as we don't want to wait for Nintendo's new system to come out before we can do that. =^_^=

Well, I do have a soft-modded XBOX in the Living Room...
I'm very interested to read more about MednafenX-PCE v2 and how it works with the 12 Original CD games you plan to test it with.
Cool

Hummm... Based on Nintendo's past reputation i'd say that when they get the rights to the PCE games were in big trouble...

So far I've only tried it with my Ys 4 Image I made of the original it is runs great, only down side is that sometimes the CD Audio stops playing, but you can get it back by going into the emulators in-game menu and back out then is starts up again. I'm sure this will be fixed in a newer version. All the HuCard Roms I tested it with ran great. I've been busy and haven't had time to test my other games but I will soon..

The emulator works really fine with most hucards (some graphical glitches I could notice here and there though), and most CD-Rom games.
Yet I noticed that about half the CD games I have tried tend to slowdown heavily at some point, as if there was some memory glitch going on (happens after playing Gambler Jikochushinha Mahjong Puzzle Collection for a few minutes for instance).
Also the general rendering is quite blurry, even when turning off the infamous flicker filter. No idea why.
Still a huge step forward from Hugo, but nothing to make you regret paying for Magic Engine ;)
