				Hello Everyone,

Here is the pin out colors for the Turbo Grafix 16 Controller.

Pin 1 - Brown

Pin 2 - Red

Pin 3 - Orange

Pin 4 - Yellow

Pin 5 - Green

Pin 6 - Blue

Pin 7 - Purple

Pin 8 - Gray

I could not find this anywhere to be accurate on the Internet so after much testing this is what I found to work. You can order the chip from http://www.retrousb.com/index.php?productID=130

The picture they have on the website just shows the pin numbers but it does not say what color the wire is that is connected to it.

I hope this will save someone else the time of testing.

Thank you for your time and effort there friend! Amazing! You saved alot of people banging there heads. I work for a government electronics contractor, and it can be frustrating even when you have a print in front of you with all the wires and colors with all the twists, pins, solder sleeves, splices, jumpers, etc., so imagine doing all that without proper documentation! _________________ The J'lord! |

What's even BETTER is instead of hacking the cord on a good controller, order the controller Extender cable and use that with the chip indicated.

(also available on Ebay!)

Then you have a USB/ Turbopad adapter and can still use the Turbopad with the TG-16!!! |
