| I have been waiting 2 weeks for a key, and have been charged already. I paid with a credit card. I emailed the site already. Is this normal to have to wait this long for you key? |

Nono, it rarely takes more than 48h.
I'm glad that you wrote here, I have been trying to send you e-mails for the past 10 days but all the e-mails bounced with an error, I receive your e-mail but each time I try to reply the e-mail bounce. 
Could you write me from a different e-mail address please, or can I use the one you using on this board?
