For some reason both my Microsoft Sidewinder game pad and my other gamepad won't work on version 1.0 PR, does anyone know what to do?

Doesn't work at all? Do they appear in the config panel?
I have a Sidewinder (old one, not USB), it works fine here.

My Magic Box (USB)/Saturn pad combo isn't working either. It shows up in the config screen, but doesn't respond at all when in-game.

(It works fine with 0.99b5 though)

Pad works fine for me , i'm using a PSX pad on LTP port.

DirectPad pro interface : http://www.emulatronia.com/reportajes/directpad/psxeng/index.htm
And PSX pad driver: http://www.psxpad.com/index_e.php

I'm running Windows Xp Pro Sp2 , directx 9.0c.

I forgot to mention in the thread I created that both of the controllers I have are USB as well.

WinXPSP2 fully updated with DX9x

I just dug out my old Sidewinder Gamepad that is NOT USB and it works fine. My guess is that ME 1.0 doesn't have USB support. Maybe when the full version comes out?? Anyway, I just love version 1.0. Especially the High-Res filtering.

I was gonna complain about my usb controllers not working, but it appears others have beat me to it. Razz
I really like the video filters, and everything runs fine, but I get really bad tearing in the 1.0 preview. Is vsync supported, and if it is, is there anyway to turn it on?

Well, as I found out for myself in this thread:
http://www.magicenginefx.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=830&sid=9313741d4ba1ba5c3721ef19ff36adfa

You can just force "wait for vsync" in your video driver settings for OpenGL.

But it's too much trouble to right-click on my desktop. Razz

Thank you Tomasz.
