|You cannot simply burn rom images onto a CD and expect them to work. Hucard games access data at different addresses than CD games. In other words, a hucard image that's burned on CD tries to load the data from the cartridge which is non-existent.
Benjamin Quinn has compiled several small-size hucard games (some of them are true classics!) onto one image. After booting the CD on your Duo, you can select a game from a menu. When you make your selection, the entire game is loaded onto the Duo's 256K memory which can be considered as a 2Mbit hucard. Many of them work perfectly.
This is the location where you can download the ISO or the BIN file:
All you have to do after that is just burn either image on a CD just like every other PCE game (The audio file is not required).
Great project, I'm sure we'll see larger hucard games working as they get patched to load data from the CD!
