Recently been playing Bomberman 94 in Story Mode and got quite a way through. However I wanted to shutdown for the evening so I saved file state from ME (ESC) menu and sure enough it looked right with appropriate graphics.

When I tried to reload it the file the following day it had not saved properly and put me back to the main menu screen - all work lost.

Any ideas why? or how to sort it.?
