it's in the demo mode even though the key file is in the same directory?
any idea how to fix it?

the key file works perfectly for me with ME 1.0. Put this in the same directory, and works fine

It also works fine for me. If it is in the same directory and it doesn't work, either:
a) it's a pirated .key
b) there is some kind of bug with your particular .key? maybe your .key file got corrupted? |

No problem with my legit key either.
Sounds like a blacklisted pirated key to me. 
Try this or this.

nope I bought and I have the e-amil it came with it.
I save it from that e-mail to the same directory again yet still same problem???
Since PR1 doesn't recognize mt PS pad I will wait for the final version to see the problem still exist... 
wasn't aware there was pirated key file???  |

Check with the devvers to see if your key file was possibly leaked and removed from the v1.0 preview release. |
