Will Star Breaker and some of the other non working games work on the new version of Magic Engine when it's released?

I don't know for Star Breaker, I didn't test a lot of games with the new version yet, but a few others of the non working game work now, there are Top O Nerae! GunBuster Vol. 1, It Came From The Desert and 1552 Tenka.
